Celebrate Literacy Week! Theme: Building Literacy: Constructing the Foundation for Success
This year, we are excited to Celebrate Literacy the week of January 27th- January 31st 2025 alongside you! Schools are encouraged to lean into the theme by having students participate in reading books related to workforce education (e.g., architecture, construction, engineering) in an effort to connect Governor DeStantis’ Get There Workforce Education Initiative.

The bookmark design should be related to the theme, Building Literacy: Laying the Foundation for Success. Winning schools will receive 500 bookmarks featuring the student’s design for the Library Media Center! Winning designs will also be displayed on the district website
